Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of StreamOTG ("Stream On The Go"), including the website at streamotg.com and the StreamOTG apps for web, Android, and Roku (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by WadjetLabs LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What StreamOTG does
StreamOTG helps you search for TV shows and movies, see where they are available to stream, rent, or buy, and keep a watchlist. StreamOTG does not host, stream, sell, or distribute any video content. To watch a title, you must use the third-party streaming service that offers it, under that service's own terms.
2. Information accuracy
Show and movie information comes from third-party sources, including TMDB, and streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Availability, prices, and details change often and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee that any information shown is accurate or current.
3. Third-party services
The Service may show names, logos, and links for third-party services such as streaming providers. Those services are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
4. Accounts
Some features may let you sign in (for example, with Google or email) to save preferences and your watchlist. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. On Roku, your watchlist and language choice are stored on your device.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means without permission, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Our rights
StreamOTG and Stream On The Go are trademarks of WadjetLabs LLC. The Service's design, code, and original content belong to WadjetLabs LLC. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks.
7. Free service and changes
The Service is currently free. We may add, change, or remove features, introduce optional paid tiers, or display advertising in the future. We may also suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at any time.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WadjetLabs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any third-party service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

1. Qué hace StreamOTG
StreamOTG te ayuda a buscar series y películas, ver dónde están disponibles para ver en streaming, alquilar o comprar, y mantener una lista. StreamOTG no aloja, transmite, vende ni distribuye contenido de video. Para ver un título, debes usar el servicio de streaming de terceros que lo ofrece, según sus propios términos.
2. Exactitud de la información
La información de series y películas proviene de fuentes de terceros, incluida TMDB, y los datos de disponibilidad son proporcionados por JustWatch. Este producto usa la API de TMDB, pero no está respaldado ni certificado por TMDB. La disponibilidad, los precios y los detalles cambian con frecuencia y pueden estar incompletos o desactualizados. No garantizamos que la información mostrada sea exacta o actual.
3. Servicios de terceros
El Servicio puede mostrar nombres, logotipos y enlaces de servicios de terceros, como proveedores de streaming. Esos servicios no son operados por nosotros y no somos responsables de su contenido, disponibilidad, precios ni prácticas. Las marcas y logotipos pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños.
4. Cuentas
Algunas funciones pueden permitirte iniciar sesión (por ejemplo, con Google o correo electrónico) para guardar tus preferencias y tu lista. Eres responsable de mantener segura tu información de inicio de sesión y de la actividad en tu cuenta. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la página de Perfil. 6. Nuestros derechos
StreamOTG y Stream On The Go son marcas de WadjetLabs LLC. El diseño, el código y el contenido original del Servicio pertenecen a WadjetLabs LLC. Estos Términos no te otorgan ningún derecho a usar nuestras marcas.
7. Servicio gratuito y cambios
El Servicio es actualmente gratuito. En el futuro podemos agregar, cambiar o eliminar funciones, ofrecer planes de pago opcionales o mostrar publicidad. También podemos suspender o finalizar el Servicio, o tu acceso a él, en cualquier momento.
8. Exención de garantías
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, WadjetLabs LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas derivadas del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el Servicio o cualquier servicio de terceros.

11. Cambios a estos Términos

12. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU., sin considerar sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
